They also announced that the Real Madrid away jersey will remain black, and the third jersey will be green. After the success of the red jersey, Madrid hopes to repeat this success with this green colour that was worn once in its history. It happened on August 25, 1965 in a friendly against River Plate in Caracas. Madrid was on a tour in South America and only had their white jersey. Because of a colour clash with the Millionaires, Madrid was forced to change their jersey and borrow a green jersey. The match ended 1-1.

Real Madrid 2011/2012 Home and Away Soccer Jersey

Thursday, 26 May 2011

These are the new home and away Real Madrid jersey for the 2011 - 2012 Spanish La Liga season manufactured.Go to shop new Real Madrid jersey 2013 Home and Away.

Earlier in the year we showed this photo to be what we thought was the new home jersey for Los Blancos, now we have more leaked images of the new Real Madrid jersey home and also away jersey. The club and adidas are yet to release the jerseys officially but a recent promotional advert for the jersey reading 'vuelva la fiebre del oro' or 'gold fever returns' leads us to be 100% sure of their authenticity.

The home is predominantly white with a new golden trim. The collar also switches to a fold over style, almost like a polo jersey in appearence something not seen in other jerseys released so far. Further personalisation can be seen on the collar where the club name can be seen in gold text inside and on the back of it is an 'RM' insignia.

The Real Madrid jersey away is black in colour also with a golden trim which seems to validate the adverts claim that 'gold fever' has returned. The collar is round neck style differing from the home. A watermark of diagonal squares can also be found across the jersey with an as yet unknown purpose or meaning. You may notice the sponsor logo colour in the pictures differ to each other, this is because the jerseys on display are samples, made well in advance of official release to allow retailer to sample the product and only small details such as this will change after this is produced.

Real Madrid 2009/2010 Home Soccer Jersey

Friday, 19 June 2009 17:10

Real Madrid officially unveiled the new kits made by Adidas to be worn by its players during the 2009/2010 season. You can find new Real Madrid jersey 2013 version.Regarding the design, there are three important novelties in respect to last year’s jersey. Among these novelties is the inclusion of a silver crest of modernist design. The symbol, which represents the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, is a tribute to Real Madrid and its football sanctuary. It is a stage that has witnessed Real Madrid’s glorious accomplishments in sports and it reflects the essence and grandeur of the club.

The short also includes a yellow trim that recalls that golden days of Real Madrid and a retro-style round collar as a tribute to the jersey worn by Don Alfredo di Stefano, considered to be the best Real Madrid player of all time. These design details indicate the Club’s desire to recollect its glorious past with the goal of recovering the essence of the club to confront the future with the highest assurance of success.

The new Real Madrid jersey has been designed to win. To gain in speed, in perspiration and in comfort. The secret lies in the incorporation of innovative textile technologies by adidas: Flow Mapping™ (new generation ClimaCool® ) and ForMotion™ that provide increased lightness, mobility and perspirability.

FLOW MAPPING™ technology increases air flow to provide more ventilation, thus guaranteeing maximum absorption and moisture transfer.  After studying the “body map,” mesh inserts were added to increase ventilation in the areas of the body that produce the most heat. The new radical cuts and three-dimensional design optimize fit and player comfort, providing for total freedom of movement..
The jersey also includes ForMotion™ technology such as seamless stitching, serigraphed stripes and embroidered crests.

FC Barcelona unveiled the new 09/10 soccer kit made by Nike.Go to shop new Barcelona jersey 2013 Home.

The new FC Barcelona soccer kit will be worn for the first time this Saturday. The design for the first choice strip goes back to the traditional navy blue and claret vertical stripes while the second strip is a bright mango colour.

The first choice jersey recovers the traditional navy blue and claret vertical stripes but now edged with a thin yellow line and has a V-neck and sleeve borders with a subtle black and yellow stripe. At the back of the neck we find the Senyera, the Catalan flag.

A label is sewn on the inside of the neck with “Més que un club” (More than a club) and attached to the side stitching another small label with the name of the club.

The jersey is made of Nike Dri-Fit material, which is designed to absorb sweat enabling the player to feel dry and fresh for longer. Its three-dimensional architecture allows a greater circulation of air around the skin which prevents the jersey sticking.

The official shorts are a classic navy blue with a claret stripe down the side and incorporate the Senyera (Catalan flag) on the back of the waistband. The cords have the stripes of the Catalan flag and the socks have horizontal claret and blue stripes, a yellow edging and have the word “Bar?a” stamped on the calf.

The new second choice kit retains the details that distinguish the first choice kit. The jersey is a bright mango colour (evoking the Mediterranean Sea) with a round neck and blue edgings. The blue shorts have a mango-coloured stripe down the side and socks in the same colour with a blue border and “Barca” stamped on the calf.

LA Galaxy 2007/2008 Home adidas soccer jersey

LA Galaxy home kit 2007/2008 made by Adidas

As the Los Angeles Galaxy prepare to usher in a new era in their storied history, the club bid farewell to its long-standing logo and colors and replaced them with a spiffy new look.

The Galaxy unveiled their long-awaited and highly-anticipated new jersey and logo Thursday. Green has been replaced with collegiate navy and together with gold and white are now the colors that David Beckham will defend.

"We wanted to create a classic and a clean look that would stand the test of time and ultimately something that generations of players and fans were going to wear with pride on and off the field," Galaxy president and general manager Alexi Lalas said. "It was definitely a jersey with an eye to the future and a nod to the past and I think we were able to create something pretty special."

The original logo - the recognizable swirling galaxy with the club's name splashed on the front - is now part of club lore. The new logo features a quasar prominently. Defined as the bright and distant center of a young galaxy, the quasar on the crest is white in the center, gold and blue on the exterior and hovers over white "LA" letters.

Lalas said the Galaxy would wear the primary and secondary jerseys for the World Series of Football next week, though he declined to say what jersey the club would wear against Tigres UANL on Tuesday or Chelsea on July 21.

"We'll see the reaction to both of those jerseys as we will be wearing both of those jerseys here on different occasions," Lalas said. "Different jerseys will be worn for different games."

Even before the club has worn the jerseys, the new look has already spurred thousands of people across the globe to put orders in on Galaxy jerseys.

"We're already well over a quarter of a million units that were ordered ... without knowledge of what they were going to look like," Lalas said. "We will look to do significant numbers and historic numbers not just with an MLS context but with an international jersey context."

The Galaxy will introduce Beckham on Friday and he is expected to debut on July 21 against his former English Premier League rivals Chelsea. While the club has undergone changes on the field to try and help the team compete for a playoff spot, the work behind the scenes has been just as intensive.

"This has been incredibly challenging," said Lalas, who also underwent a quick re-branding in March 2006 when Red Bull Company Limited purchased the Lalas-led MetroStars. "The staff we have in place here has been incredible in terms of being efficient and maintaining confidentiality. Ultimately being able to turn a switch here this week and completely re-brand a sports team is not something that happens very often."

Like the old color scheme, the Galaxy's new colors and logo should be in place for years to come. While it is normal for soccer clubs to modify jerseys slightly before each season, Lalas did not rule out the possibility of the 2008 jersey changing, albeit ever so slightly.

"It remains to be seen. I think there will be slight modifications here or there as we go through but certainly the quasar quest and the coloring is not going to change," Lalas said. "We want to make sure that our fans are able to digest this, not just our fans domestically but our international fans because the interest internationally is pretty incredible."

Still, no matter how much he likes the jersey and colors, Lalas said he doesn't fancy himself wearing one with his last name on the back - at least not anytime soon.

"The jerseys are for the people in the stands and for our players," Lalas said. "At one point I might make one up with my name just to live out a little fantasy."
